A nagging thought on mind- (Disclaimer-not intended to hurt anyone's beliefs or feeling, just a personal view)

Intrigued by epics, myths and pragmatic stories as bed time trivia by granny along with intellectual spoon-feeding by a staunch Shivite dad and some googling of Samkhya, Mimamsa and Rig Veda which are historical hindu philosophies and schools of thought of atheism, it has always tempted me to think "What does it take to feel like God?" (ok...apart from weed...).They(don't ask me who) say God created everything from the speck of  sand to Justin Beiber (must've regretted His mistake later though),fine...so God is the creator and we creatures are His creation. But if He is called God because he is the creator, don't all of us create something all the time in our own small way (yeah you can include the spontaneous creativity put onto paper while writing exams or when caught red handed by mom while sneaking into the house in the wee hours) So are we God too? (No I did'nt watch the movie "Anbe Sivam" last night).

Recent as well as events of the past only re-iterate the bitter bare-faced truth that God-the creator, has done a commendable job(sarcasm intended ),with his own creations eating up the other(literally and figuratively) in the food chain or food web (wow!!!! so afterall  I did study some science in my primary school!!!!) to rapists and murderers who are still singing merry christmas or partying on New year's eve. Looks like God  has been sentenced to life, thrown into the dark alleyed dungeons of  the hearts, in these heartless creatures.

Or was God-the creator, a creation Himself, created by the so called inhumane human beings,to allay the ruckus of the devil in everyone?Hmmmm...This whole God formula is a bit beyond my ken...and then we have the Greek and Roman mythology where there is a specialist God for anything and everything (gotta meet these guys Eros and Cupid, have some business proposals to discuss) And not to mention the Indian Mythology where there are families of Gods and Godesses, draped in silk and adorned by gold,silver,platinum,diamonds....(now I have to say....)and God only knows what more....Just on a lighter note, imagine a conversation among the Godesses Lakshmi,Saraswati and Parvati,

Saraswati: Hey Lachu,I like your new earrings, but why dont you try something new rather the same red saree...?
Lakshmi: Oh come on Saras!! why dont you take a break from hitting the books you nerd!!! and yeah that latest track on your album was pathetic!dont sing that anymore!!!
Parvati: Hey girls!!! knock it off now!!!! My son is missing, seems he was seen trekking to the hill top, that too half dressed!!! he never told me that he had a vacation plan!!!! let the little mink come back...He is gonna be grounded for a week!!!!

So coming back to the real stuff, this is where I see God,not in the creator but in creativity. And if there is God as claimed by a ballpark figure of say 97% of the world's population...there is just one question I would like to ask Him "Hey dude!!!hey you up there!!! (or wherever you are) How does it feel to be God? and P.S.When are you retiring? (typical Indian, going for extra one).

Me vs Myself

Everything in this universe was made in pairs. Duality of nature is everywhere around and inside us. Weird are these human emotions that are also touched by this duality. What is the mind? What is the heart? The mind thinks and the heart feels. Do they ever get along? Do they co-exist in harmony? what happens when both mind and heart don’t concur?
Why does every person have two extreme sides of his or her own personality.one moment we feel like we are up in the clouds, and the next, we feel like we are in the deepest ditch.one moment we are full of hope,  and the next moment we want to be doped .there’s so much of cheer, so much of vibrancy and the very next moment we are doomed. feels great when we are doing something ,but a moment  later we feel guilty for having done it. why does such a duality of nature exist? how do we get the best out of both is what makes us.
The craziness of a wacko and hard wired psycho  and the peace and serenity of a Buddhist monk take over alternately. To hate someone for what he or she is doing to us, and to miss the person at same time is the worst thing to happen.is it right for someone to control our emotions ? there wouldn’t  be all this trouble or agony or pleasure and joy sans someone, but it would be better if we were the ones to control our plight. and the “we” I’ve used here is just myself ,but the two halves that I am split into………….
